Rimmel Lasting Finish 25 Hr Breathable Foundation

Good morning loves.

I'm forever looking for the perfect foundation and have yet to find it.
The Rimmel Lasting Finish 25 HR Breathable Foundation was another let down.
It's medium coverage and to me the word breathable would imply a more dewy finish but I found this to dry down quite matte. I can't speak for the longevity because I have no need to leave my makeup on for 25 hours. Throughout my 8 hour work day however it held up well aside from rubbing off slightly around my nose but I've yet to find a foundation that doesn't.
I appreciate the glass packaging but I found the applicator strange. I've never used a foundation with a doe foot applicator. I actually didn't mind it though it made it easy to dot around the face. Beware though, do your face in sections because this stuff dries fast! Unless you have super powers there is absolutely no way you'll have time to blend this all in if you don't do it in sections. It blends into the skin nicely as long as you do it quick.
If you're looking for something affordable it's an alright option but I wouldn't recommend for those of you with dry skin.

Fragrance Collection

Good morning loves!

Here's a little look into my bathroom cupboard, the fragrance edition.

Victoria's Secret Lovespell is by far my favorite body spray. You can see I prefer sprays over perfume, just kidding. Perfume is expensive and there are a million other things I'd rather buy for the same amount of money.
Avon Raspberry Body Spray, I don't know why I'm even keeping this around it smells like medicine.
Insignia, received as a gift way back when.
Bath & Body Works Coconut spray. I love anything coconut.
Bath & Body Works Warm Vanilla Sugar perfume and body spray. Surprisingly I find the body spray to smell better?
Bath & Body Works, Japanese Cherry Blossom. One of my favorite scents from them.
Bath & Body Works, Twilight Woods spray. Another great scent. I might have a slight Bath & Body Works addiction.
Another I think Victoria's Secret perfume, or maybe LaSenza. Super light and fresh scent.
An Elizabeth Arden perfume that my mom gave me.
Lancomes Miracle and a sample of another Lancome perfume.
Kat Von D's Saint and Sinner samples. I love both of these and I received them from Influenster.

A small collection to some but definitely more than enough for me.

What's your favorite scent?

Peter Thomas Roth - Anti Aging Cleansing Gel

Good morning loves.

Before Christmas I was in Sephora and had some points to spend so I grabbed this mini skincare saviors set from Peter Thomas Roth. I'd never tried the brand before and thought it'd be a great idea as there were a variety of different skin care samples. (this was 500 points, for minis....)

I loved just about everything I tried. The cleanser priced at $47 CAD for the full size while good I find to be expensive. It does a fantastic job of wiping your face away at the end of a long day and perks you up with it's citrus smell. It didn't dry out my skin but I've read complaints on other sites that it does dry out the skin so maybe my moisturizer is finally heavy enough to do it's job properly. If you're looking for a luxurious feeling face wash and don't mind shelling out some extra dollars then this is definitely worth trying out but again for me it's just a bit too pricey.

Benefit Bad Gal Liner

Hello loves.
I'm back from holidays! Well, not really I still have a week off before going back to work but I'm back to blogging. I hope you all had a lovely holiday and a happy new year!

I was gifted this Bad Gal liner from a co-worker before we left and have been using it for about a month now.
At first, I couldn't figure out how to get it out, on the bottom of the pencil turns so I thought it turned up and spent an embarrassingly long amount of time trying to make it work before finally asking my co-worker how to do it. Turns out, you just sharpen it. I have to say poor packaging on Benefit's part. I wish this was in black as thats what I usually use to tight line but the grey is dark enough that you can't tell the difference when using it to tight line. Benefit states this is waterproof and guys, I hate to admit it but I cry a lot and this doesn't stand a chance if tears strike. I don't think this is a product I would have gone out of my way to purchase as there are incredibly affordable drug store liners that do the same thing if not better for a fraction of the price.
