What to Watch on Netflix #2

Hello loves.
Winter has got me feeling blue and stuck inside which explains my posts lately. All I've been able to do is stay indoors. For the past two weeks we've had extreme cold warnings which have since been lifted only to be replaced with snowfall warnings. I'm starting to think Spring might never arrive.

This is my second installment of what to watch on Netflix, I hope you enjoy it!

Dark Tourist

If you like the weird and abnormal this shows for you. He takes you on some seriously cool trips around the world showcasing the darker side of things.

Ozark

Another Netflix original. They're killing it with the originals lately. Ozark is suspenseful and definitely keeps you on the edge of your seat. I haven't watched the second season yet but I've heard great things!

Arrested Development

For anyone who's a fan of dysfunctional family shows this one's for you. Full of laughs and the cast couldn't be more perfect.

F is For Family

Hilarious is all I'll say about this one.

Black Mirror

This is a really strange show. To be honest I can't decide if I liked it or not but I did watch all the seasons if that means anything to you. It's very futuristic based and every episode is something different so you're not required to watch these in any specific order.

Top Five TV Series

Good morning loves!

I'm in a fantastic mood today and I don't know why but I'm feeling wonderful. Today, I wanted to do another post like yesterdays but with T.V. series instead. I'm going to share five of my favorites with you.

Breaking Bad

I don't even have enough words to describe how excellent this show is. The first episode I found hard to get through but trust me when I tell you it's worth watching it. There's a reason this show was as hyped up as it was. Also, they're creating a Breaking Bad movie. Hello excitement!

Bob's Burgers

This is one of the funniest shows I've ever seen. The humor while dirty most of the time has me in laugh attacks during most of the episodes. I don't think anyone will regret watching this.

Suits

At first, I couldn't get into this but decided to give it a second chance. The second time I was hooked, I watched all 7 or 8 seasons steadily. Plus I find Harvey so dreamy. Even if you don't care for law shows there's so much other drama that you won't be able to pull yourself away.

 American Horror Story

For anyone not into horror steer clear. For a horror junkie like myself this is truly one of the best shows out there. The newer seasons haven't captured me as well as the old ones but I still find them to be gripping and thrilling. Best part is, it's an anthology series meaning every season is a completely different story so you can really pick the show up from anywhere. I recommend season 2 personally, that was my favorite!

Grey's Anatomy

Okay, so I actually had to stop watching this show because it stressed me out too much. I binged about half of it but have yet to finish the last half yet. Every episode has me so tense, it's a fantastic show don't get me wrong. But it feels like Shonda Rhimes is just killing everyone at this point.

Top 10 Horrors

Hello everyone!
I have a different sort of post for you all today. With all the hype surrounding the upcoming Ted Bundy biopic starring Zac Efron I thought why not share my top ten horrors.

These are in no particular order.

IT

I tried to watch the original on a stream and it kept restarting at the part where the Jewish fellow (you know...)  but what I did see of the original I liked. The remake though, I LOVED. I just rented it the other night because my boyfriend hadn't seen it yet. I saw it in theatre when it came out and have probably watched it 100 times since.

Cabin in the Woods

This had a twisted ending that I did not see coming and for that reason alone it deserves a top ten spot.

SAW 2

The Saw franchise is one of my favorites albeit them getting a little ridiculous towards the last couple films. The reason I put the second one as the top instead of number one is because the first one was laughable. The second one was a whole other level and the concept of these films is something no one else has done.

Get Out

This was a super interesting movie with a concept like no other. I highly recommend!

The Others

This is another one that I'll make anyone watch if they haven't seen it. Most people don't expect the ending.

The Shining

Another Stephen King classic. I also feel as if this is one of those cult movies that everyone's seen and if you haven't I mean have you been living under a rock?

The Descent

If you've ever wanted to go cave exploring, watch this and you might change your mind.

Pet Semetary

This movie terrified me as a child. Another Stephen King classic. They're remaking it this year and I must say it looks like it's going to be great!

Occulus

Another one I could watch again and again. It keeps you on edge that's for sure.

I Am Legend

Who else cried while watching this? I won't say any more than that but a great zombie flick starring one of my all time favorite actors.

There you go, some of my favorite horrors that I believe are a must watch!

Loreal Hydra Genius

Good morning loves!
It's been a minute and I'm sorry. I've been stuck in a blogging rut and although I've had tons of empties sitting around waiting to be reviewed I just couldn't find the motivation to do so until today!

Time and time again I've mentioned how dry my skin is. It's horrible! Truthfully, I'd love to have oily skin. I'm always hunting down new products that promise non stop moisture. Call in Loreal's Day and Night Hydra Genius face cream. It promises 72 HR hydration!
It's priced at $25 CAD and can be found in most Shopper's Drug Marts. It's packaged in a sturdy glass jar giving it more of a luxurious feel. The cream inside is nice and cooling as you rub it in the skin and as it soaks in it does make the skin feel more plumped with moisture, 72 hours worth though?  No, definitely not.
Overall, a good value for your money, it plumps the skin and although it doesn't last the forecasted 72 hours if use this day and night you will find it helps retain your skin's moisture. I'd buy it again but am still searching for something with more hydration.

What do you use to retain moisture?
